Work around Opera behavior differences with respect to fill format #501

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. See tests/browser-tests/test_js2.html

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is an exception due to the crazy extended URL format that Opera
returns for the fill style. See reference to this issue in
tests/browser-tests/test_js.js

All issues with fill format tests were identified in 
tests/browser-tests/test_js.js in
r1152. Search for "Issue 501"
