SVG Bidi support #550

The svg bidi support do not work on SVGWeb. We try this the plain SVG on Chrome 
and it works correctly, but it seens to not been supported by SVGWeb 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Draw the provided SVG file with flash renderer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output can be seen at this page, where shows how the svg bidi 
support should behave:
