removed the original .github/FUNDING.yml and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md to use the related default community health files.
updated the CONTRIBUTING.md to point to default community health file and removed duplicated content.
deleted my buy-me-a-coffee account in favor of github sponsors. this change updates the package.json to reflect the new sponsor url.
