this is a great example. I tried to use it & I connect great to Mysql on
localhost. However, when I want to connect to MySQL on another machine, or
even on the same machine by specifing IP or alias name from hosts file. It
doesn't work. I know the issue of cross_domains in Flash player, Bug I am
using Adobe Air, so it should work.
Any ideas? or ways to resolve this ?
thanks

This works for me using Air and an IP address as the MySQL host(on another
machine),
example token responder 1.

Were you able to solve the issue connecting to MySQL using IP. I am having the
same
problem. I have the right crossdomain.xml. Mine is a pure Flex application. Any
suggestion would be appreciated.
