[Orthography] Mangareva has too many vowels and consonants #20

Just had a look and this is because this is a combo list of multiple sources - Rensch and then corrected forms based on my fieldwork there. This was done many years ago, and in retrospect these should be two separate lists. In polynesianaligned, there are just my forms, but not in ABVD. I can quickly manually extract the incorrect forms, but don't want to modify the master doc. Best way to submit a list of IDs to remove? Can do the same with the Ulithian data, unless @antipodite wants to have a go at removing the non-IPA forms there.

if it's been merged like this, look at the ID list -- forms are numbered sequentially when added so the smaller ID numbers are the first entered, and the later ones will be when you added your forms. Look for the breakpoint between those (i.e. "ignore all forms with ID less than X")
