missing glottocodes #44

There are 7 languages in /abvdoceanic/cldf-structure/languages.csv with missing glottocodes. Their names are: 

[1] "Riwo"                      "Tesmbol (Usus)"            "Siviti (Beterbu, Jericho)"
[4] "ßatarxobu (Gunwar)"        "Najit"                     "Alavas-Wowo (Wowo 1)"     
[7] "Mandri (Farun) 162-91"

If someone has time to dig up appropriate glottocodes for them, that would make life better.
