Updated orthography profile #8

Here are my few changes... I was quite circumspect, following e.g. our Mattermost discussion about the macrons. There are many things such as vowel circumflexes that I know the meaning of for New Caledonia but will wait until when/if we check profiles for individual languages.

How did I do? Feedback appreciated
