Phonemes not accepted by CLTS

Diphthongs in this dataset cause problem when trying to use CLTS. I am providing each problematic sound, for each language in which it appears, below. Each time, I give two examples of forms in which it occurs.

which version of clts are you using, @xachab, ? I have checked all data and it is unlikely there is a problem here.
