I made a simple, hard-coded correction; I checked with @Schweikhard and @MacyL , the changes to Concepticon are correct in terms of the TWIST (TOGETHER) concept.
It thus makes sense to keep the Allen-2007 list as it is, and as @LinguList pointed it is too much to write code for a proper treatment of all concepts when there is a single problem which can be solved with an if.
