What are the differences here? I did not receive the warning when running this.

cldfbench lexibank.check_profile reports this for me and the two cases are duplicates in the profile.

I mean: WHICH are the concrete differences between the duplicates in terms of IPA?

I see, if you check the duplicates, @chrzyki, you find:

hn̩ʔ⁵⁵ h n̩ hn̩ʔ⁵⁵ h n̩ ⁵⁵

obviously, delete the first row.

And

pfʰɨ⁵⁵̪̠ pfʰ ɨ ⁵⁵ + pfʰɨ⁵⁵̪̠ pfʰɨ⁵⁵

obviously, delete the second row.
