lanuages and concepts formaat #2

@ilchec, please check the format for langauges and concepts in etc, which I will update now. Not ethat ID means: the field should NOT have any question marks, brackets, or spaces!

Note also, @ilchec, that your current etc/languages.tsv is not complete. We need to do the following, as you have multi-speaker data: every speaker is a langauge, so you give the speaker an ID, the ID can just be numeric. You just give them the same glottocode, and location, etc. if they come from the same village. Ideally, you even distinguish Speaker-A, speaker-B, etc., currently. In any case, your current languages.tsv does not allow me to work with this.

I'll use the file meta_anon.tsv now to illustrate how to do it, and we later check if thi si fine.
