Release rep #7

Prepares release for Zenodo (see #6).

Mostly small things and refactorings. However, please have a look at the changes to forms.csv. It seems that there were line breaks in the quoted Arabic script before the CLDF generation. Can you confirm that the current state of forms.csv is as intended? If yes, I could prepare a release of this after the PR has been merged.

@chrzyki I think I fixed the arabic issue and launched cldfbench again, should be fine now.
