SplitsTree: Neither nexus nor dst-files are readable #3

The .dst-file can be read by R, but not by SplitsTree. Meanwhile, I can open th enexus file with iqtree, but not with splitstree either.

Can you paste the file here? Just change extensions to txt. DST files are easiest in splitstree, just copy the dst file content, and then paste to the splitstree interface directly.

SplitsTree which version? V 5 is incompatible with our current export from edictor, we'll have to adjust this maybe also in lingpy.

Maybe I worked with a manually manipulated file yesterday and this is why it didn't work (did some manual changes to import with R-packages), but now the dst-file works like a charm with the LingPy output. Also, thank you for telling me about V5, didn't knew about that one and it feels a lot smoother when working with it.
