Concept list question: Column "Tibetan" is showing Devanagari, maybe pointing to Nepali, or another Lingua Franca rather than Tibetan? #3

I now realize I was too sloppy when creating the etc/concepts.tsv file, as I labeled the column "Tibetan", not paying attention to the script, which, however, is Devanagari. So my question, @seannyD, is: what language is in this column currently labeled "Tibetan"?
