I have turned the raw data from PDF to excel.

The rest of the process

• extract word list from raw data
• orthography profile -concept.tsv -languages.tsv (it's only one) -scripting

How to produce orthography profile? I used the following comment

lingpy -i cldf/forms.csv --cldf --clts --context --column=form -o etc/orthography.tsv

But I got this error: lingpy: error: unrecognized arguments: -i cldf/forms.csv
