fix boran #17

@MuffinLinwist You have added the glottocode restriction also to the code that imports the Boran data - but without including their glottocodes! But the easiest is just to remove the condition.

As simple as that. I remember doing this because I got data from different languages from the cldf-data/lexibank-analysed/lexibank.sqlite3 file. I run the script now and it is all working though. Thanks for the aclaration, @FredericBlum. I'll merge this now.

Yes, but we retrieve both from different sql-databases :) So the statement is only neessary for the lexibank-import.
