Grapheme Inventories #20

I just added the grapheme inventories to the folder etc/. They could be used later to improve the profiles. But since the graphemes do not include diphthongs, it would be premature to use them now.

They could be used for a version 2.0 or 1.1 to test if our orthography profile is working well.

Change UCN to "LATIN SMALL LETTER E WITH COMBINING VERTICAL LINE BELOW AND COMBINING LATIN SMALL LETTER I" - Change Phonetic value to "stressed raised close-mid front unrounded vowel"

@hg-rom, if you want to check our conversions in detail, you can also have a look at the file etc/orthography.tsv. Since this file also lists frequencies, it is helpful in identifying those cases which may be problems in the original digitization (or the original print).
