Release procedure #2

[x] make the repository public
[x] hook up repository with ZENODO (@xrotwang )
[x] create a release on GitHub
[x] update the metadata on ZENODO, once it has picked up the release
[x] update the release description on GitHub, adding the DOI badge from ZENODO

Submissions on ZENODO are always owned by just one user account (and only this account can edit th metadata). This is why we set up one for the institute (@ssh-dlce-zenodo). I propose to use this account here as well.

Thanks for putting this list together! I will email you early tomorrow morning with various questions on this - can't type much right now, wrists are destroyed from a climbing sessions.
