Acknowledge VKS #13

Mary, can you please draft an acknowledgement of the VKS? Do you think we should name Richard Shine? Important to include the VKS for their support and assistance I reckon. Thanks, Russell.

I think it would be good to mention Richard. We might even mention all of our direct collaborators (Kaitip, Henline, Evelyn, Iarawai, and Edson - even if they didn't physically assist like Kaitip, every one of them has been a link in finding good contacts) along with a general thanks to island fieldworkers.

back up now. That was a consequence of re-arranging the contribution model to account for per-variety contributions. I think it's a bit unfortunate that we change things around quite a bit right now, as it may lead to people having seen the site in all sorts of stages. In German we'd call this mode "mit heisser Nadel gestrickt".
