add orthoprofile #26

@Bibiko, I do not really understand how to modify teh forms with the form-spec. Apparently, the data comes from two sources, one in language-specific folders and one from somewhere else? I find only one add_form in the lexibank script, so is the other add_form then from the provider script? In any way, I need your help to add the important replacements, which are now done just before adding the new form to ALL data, not only a selected part. Otherwise, neither the lexemes-file nor the orthoprofile will work sufficiently. Maybe, you could just take over from here?

Problem solved now with a workaround. This profile has 100% coverage, but individual refinement for all languages should follow later (in the future).
