Some grammar and wording updates #193

Firstly, I really like the idea of this library. I started writing something like this myself, then found redux-rest, and finally found this implementation. I'm starting to use it a couple of side projects, and I like it so far, especially how customizable it is.

However, the docs seem to be in need of some updates. This is the first of what will probably be a few doc PRs. I also have some ideas for how to improve the usage of the library at some point, but I'll wait until I use it a bit more before making those PRs.
