Sound doesn't stop

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.receive a text message
2.click close on the popup 
3.have to pull down the notification screen to turn off my custom sound
(even though there is no notification up there and my notifications are
turned off)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The sound turn off when I click the "close", "reply", "delete"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
the current version on Samsung Moment

was changed in this version. Please create new issues if you see them in the
