Add ability to have custom alert for "Unknown" contacts #130

I can add a custom alert for every user in my contact list, however I can't
add a custom alert that catches all numbers that aren't in my contact list
AKA "(Unknown)".

I realize that I could add a custom sound for each one of my contacts and
have the default notification be my "Unknown" notification, but that would
require a lot of work.

The reason I want this, is because from my work I get error messages from
our servers from an Email to SMS gateway, which randomly generates the
number I receive a message from. I suppose another (better) way of
accomplishing the same thing I need would be to extract the Email address
from the MMS message and match it against my contacts so I could customize
an alert for every email in an MMS.

Also thank you so much for this software, it's a must have for android phones!

Issue 147 has been merged into this issue.

It's more in line with what was asked for in issue 147 than what was asked for
here, but attached is an ugly patch that adds a setting to (hopefully) disable
popups and sounds (while leaving notifications enabled) for messages from
unknown contacts. Please feel free to do whatever you want with it (although I
agree that being able to configure custom catch-all settings for all
non-contacts would be more flexible).

A fully revamped version of SMS Popup is now available in the Google Play
Store:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.everythingandroid.smspopup

I am closing out all old issues/bugs that relate to SMS Popup <=1.10 as so much
was changed in this version. Please create new issues if you see them in the
latest update.
