Feature request: Vibrate only in silent mode #141

Since Android Froyo 2.2, all notifications which support vibrate have an option 
of "vibrate only when in silent mode". Can you please add this feature to 
smspopup? Not only is it a much-asked-for feature, but it also gives the 
advantage of blending with the operating system environment.

Hi - this should already be possible, although not very intuitive:
 -switch system to "vibrate only when in silent mode"
 -switch SMS Popup notifications to have vibrate OFF

When you receive a message now SMS Popup will try and play the notification 
sound, however as the system is in silent mode it won't play but the system 
will still vibrate.  The downside is you won't get the customized vibrate 
pattern that SMS Popup provides.
