HTC Sense Messages app crashes when referred from SMS Popup

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. HTC Incredible phone
2. Press "read" after messages pop up
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to be able to see the message in the Messages app. Instead it crashes, 
I need to Force Close, and the app restarts. It works after that.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v1.0.8, HTC Sense on HTC Incredible

A fully revamped version of SMS Popup is now available in the Google Play 
Store:

I am closing out all old issues/bugs that relate to SMS Popup <=1.10 as so much 
was changed in this version. Please create new issues if you see them in the 
latest update.
