Custom Option for Screen Timeout #230

Great app; this is a request and not a complaint.

On my Epic 4g, I can set the screen timeout to 15 seconds, 30 seconds, and
values higher. SMS Popup offers the option of turning on the screen for 10
seconds, 20 seconds, and values higher. If the screen is set in Settings to 15
seconds and SMS Popup is set to 10, SMS Popup will go away for 5 seconds before
the screen actually turns off. It would be nice if perhaps SMS Popup had a
Custom option for the seconds a screen should stay on, that way individuals can
set the value to match the screen timeout of their phone in Settings while also
preventing the screen being on while the popup has gone away.

Also, it would be nice to have an option where the popup STAYS displayed on the
lock screen so that turning the display back on still shows the popup. I
understand that this would be in the way of unlocking the phone, and as such
some people would not want this behaviour.

A fully revamped version of SMS Popup is now available in the Google Play
Store:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.everythingandroid.smspopup

I am closing out all old issues/bugs that relate to SMS Popup <=1.10 as so much
was changed in this version. Please create new issues if you see them in the
latest update.
