Gingerbread update & now no LED notifications - DX #254

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Receive any text-no LED notifications when screen shuts off.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Blinking  LED... but nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Droid X with Gingerbread OTA.

Please provide any additional information below.

Widespread issue with gingerbread. Handcent SMS has updated their app to fix 
this.  You can get a pop up that turns on the screen, and when the screen goes 
off, you still get the LED.  Needs to be fixed in SMS Popup.

I am closing out all old issues/bugs that relate to SMS Popup <=1.10 as so much 
was changed in this version. Please create new issues if you see them in the 
latest update.
