When connected to a bluetooth headset, no sms notification is heard during a phone call #264

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. My Droid 2 Global paired and connected to a bluetooth headset
2. On a phone call with another party
3. Send a text message to my phone when on the phone call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

* I use bluetooth 90% of the time. When carrying on a phone call I expect to 
hear the SMS notification sound through the bluetooth headset during the phone 
call so that I know I have received a text message. Unfortunalely when 
connected with bluetooth, SMS notification sounds are never heard during a 
phone call. I have tested without being connected to a bluetooth device and 
have found that during a phone call, the SMS notification sound is always 
clearly heard in the earpiece of the handset.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

* 1.1.0

Please provide any additional information below.

* I really love the SMS Popup app. The bug I am reporting is the the only 
problem that is a concern to me.

A fully revamped version of SMS Popup is now available in the Google Play 
Store:

I am closing out all old issues/bugs that relate to SMS Popup <=1.10 as so much 
was changed in this version. Please create new issues if you see them in the 
latest update.
