Popup Queuing and some more features. #265

When there are multiple SMSs received, there would be a single popup for every 
message instead of the Inbox button in the upper right portion of the popup. So 
that the user could at least have a overview of every message he/she have.

Rename the "Reply" button as "View" button and if the SMS is a very long one, 
limit the contents of the popup to about 4-5 lines to avoid scrolling on a 
small screen portion and view the message in the actual inbox.

Multiple SMS in a single popup is supported in the latest code (not yet pushed 
out to a release though).
