Custom Contacts disappear and get random contacts under custom contact #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Seems to occur after several text messages have been received from my
custom list or
2. I get forced close after trying to access the custom notifications. I
reboot the device and it reset the custom contacts random contacts.
3.

What is the expected output?
Contacts remain set to my custom contacts.

 What do you see instead?
After a while the custom name settings disappear and randomly picks names
from my address book.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Droid v.2 on a Motorola, popup 1.0.6

Please provide any additional information below.
I setup contacts notification. After a while, usually after one of these
contacts text me several time the contacts I setup disappear and a random
list of contacts replace them. I do not have it set to use popup for all
messages just contacts I want to be notified of.

This is a great app. very useful in my work. I monitor SMS messages related
to earthquakes and Tsunamis, had something simliar on my BB Storm.

Thanks for reporting this.  This is a known issue with Android 2.0+ as the way
contact keys are stored changed.  The custom contacts list should remain stable 
as
long as you don't add any new sync accounts (and sync new contacts data) and 
don't
merge or split contacts - not ideal I know.  Will try and fix in an upcoming 
version.

I am closing out all old issues/bugs that relate to SMS Popup <=1.10 as so much 
was changed in this version. Please create new issues if you see them in the 
latest update.
