Match custom notification to text, not just phone number

Some of my important SMS messages come from a notification system that
originates the messages via an SMTP gateway. That means that the source
"phone number" is neither constant nor a "real" number ... which means that
I can't use the smspopup custom notification setup for them.

There is some constant text in the message - basically a 'from' line. I'd
like to be able to base a custom notification on that.

I will be happy to supply more information if that's helpful.
