Portuguese Translation (in attachment)

Hello, i make my contribution here, by translating sms popup for 
portuguese (pt_PT). 

I believe that the only file needed to translate is the strings.xml on the 
res folder of the CVS source.

I've downloaded the english strings.xml and translated by hand (no google 
translate involved). The file is in attachment.

It i missed any more file need to translate to portuguese, please notify 
me.

Thanks!  I think Macarse will handle this and add it to our launchpad 
translations 
shortly.
