Block messages from specific numbers #86

aFirewall says it will not work with SMS Popup. It would be useful if SMS
Popup, therefore, included a list of numbers from which it would block
incoming text messages.

You can ignore messages from users in SMS Popup using the custom contact 
notifications,

Unfortunately I'm not familiar with how aFirewall works so I can't comment on 
compatibility.
