SMS Popup is eating my texts #94

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Random;
After a message pops up, I hit <back> to exit popup window.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
SMS which I just saw is NOT in Messaging app. Gone forever!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.07 on CyanogenMod 4.2.12.2
