Attributes are not ASCII-sorted in the input or the output. Would it be breaking to sort them and is the build time regression acceptable for the convenience?
There's probably just a sorted() in the OWL build script
dicts are insertion ordered since 3.6; which should solve where OrderedDict used to be necessary:
json.loads(object_pairs_hook=collections.OrderedDict)

For example:
Source-order

in the OWL build scriptjson.loads(object_pairs_hook=collections.OrderedDict)
