Update script to work with JAST USA version #3

I couldn't get the current script to work because firstly, the version on JAST USA is v1.01, so it needs the patch. And secondly, my system doesn't have wine, so I replaced them with commands to simply extract the installers for them.

This... this is brilliant. You did an absolute bang-up job here. Since I have no constructive criticism whatsoever, it's in.

I especially appreciate the replacement of WINE-based Windows installation with native Linux innoextract extraction. This is clever. You even correctly ascertained the compression format for the JAST patch, again circumventing WINE-based Windows installation. I mean, who's even heard of the NSIS 7zip archive format? You have. That's who.

Also, Växjö looks stunning! What a beautiful city I've never heard of and still have no idea how to pronounce. If I didn't already live in the untrammelled Canadian wilderness and the world wasn't already in the throes of the worst health crisis in human history, I'd know the next detour on my bucket list. Gotta get a selfie with that Viking sword at the Smålands Museum.
