Delete LICENSE #8

It would've really been helpful if you'd prefaced this pull request with a human-readable discussion. Basically... I'm definitely not deleting the LICENSE file. Software is required by law in many jurisdictions to be explicitly licensed (if only to avoid legal liability in the common case of software failure).

Admittedly, the GPL is my least favourite open-source license. Nonetheless, both Lutris itself and most other Lutris installer repositories (e.g., Z-Ray Entertainment) are licensed under the same GPL v3 license.

I'm inclined to close this pull request as is. But... I acknowledge there may be valid concerns over licensing. Are there? Would anyone prefer a different license like BSD or MIT? I don't really care what the license is, but there does need to be a license.

Actually... let's just close this. We're not deleting the LICENSE file, which means this pull request has nowhere productive to go. Feel free to propose an alternative, more permissive license if you like, though! :+1:
