app-misc/powerline: fix missing IUSE 'fish' #6

app-misc/powerline is missing 'fish' in IUSE but uses it in RDEPEND. Therefore portage bails out due to mask:invalid. This commit fixes this issue by simply adding fish to IUSE.

Fixed. Well, that was fairly embarrassing. This is a regression from the prior pull request. I'll have to be a bit more careful about blindly merging pull requests, in the future. Thanks, N8Fear!
