The dataset was obtained and available in https://www.kaggle.com/c/4771-sp20-covid/data. Those are forked in this repository for the completeness of the project, but I might not be able to maintain much about this dataset since I am not the original collector of these images. Maybe you could check that site for metadata. Hopt it helps.
