There are still many things that can be improved:
Creating new functions for populating the dropdown choices
Phosphosite plots are still not completely working properly
Adding Protein vs mRNAs plot
I believe the last two can be fixed by restructuring the UI. I think the best option would be to have tabs like in Sai's original version and GlioVis. For now, we can create tabs like Proteomics | Phosphoproteomics | Protein vs mRNA. Besides the improvements in ease of development, I think they are distinct enough to warrant their own tabs.
