Can you make a WebUI and video version? #2

Can you make this into a plugin for WebUI? If it's possible, can you make a plugin for stable video diffusion, it will be awesome.

I am not familiar with webui, maybe I can learn it if I have time. regarding to video, unless just extracting each frame of the video into images, otherwise the video is temporal and requires some optimization to make it more consistent and smooth. it will be more than just a plugin I think.
