Specifically:

[ ] testImportedCyclicReactor
[ ] testUnusedImport
[x] testOverflowingSTP (also see https://github.com/lf-lang/lingua-franca/issues/903)
[x] testOverflowingDeadline (idem)
[ ] testMainReactorHasHost

These tests, accompanied with a FIXME were commented out for an unclear reason but clearly forgotten about.

I have fixed the tests, and recommend not fixing #903.
