Advantages:

Ensures that the command-line compiler and bundled compiler match
Ensures that if we do a nightly release of the VS Code extension, it will be accompanied by a nightly release of the compiler

Steps:

[ ] Make the language server JAR accessible in some way as lfc
[ ] Set environment variable in VS Code terminal only that points to lfc
