Hello, I have a question for LFADS Run Manager that you built. We are trying to apply your LFADS model in our online BMIs. We trained LFADS model using the LFADS Run Manager. But, we don't know how predict firing rates observed samples using the trained LFADS. Is there any matlab functions for predicting firing rate instantaneously using the trained LFADS model?
