The following tasks are required to complete onboarding for an Incubation level project joining the LF AI & Data Foundation. LF Staff will engage with the technical project lead via this issue and work through the checklist to completion.

Re: Insights and Security, Source Control and Distribution - a ticket has been submitted with IT to facilitate all of this. Support-22019. Also followed up with Eugene and Bo via email and laid out security bot instructions for RWKV Github.

Expounding on the above list, I have done the following on this project wrt onboards

-Transferred control of the website domain rwkv.com to LF control on 11/30/23

-Connected the project to LFX Insights and Security

-Finalized two logos in consultation with the team, one for language model and one for architecture (although the second one still needs to be tweaked and logo packages delivered) - the final specifications were submitted in Asana on 12/1.

-Organized a TSC meeting that took place on November 30/Dec 1 china time, and set up the deck for Eugene Cheah

-Collected the project's social media - just one account, Twitter/X - this placed in the shared social media table and migrated to 1Password, the login tested.

-What has not yet been done is the social media transfer to LF control - and I will take care of this next week. Otherwise, all of the other PM tasks are completed.
