E.g., CustomerController.  This is more inline with overall naming 
conventions, e.g., CustomerMap.

I'm not going to make this change; I'm going to leave it being
PluralEntityNameController.  This avoids naming conflicts (which are resolvable 
and
annoying) and allows you to go to the plural name for the index page (e.g.,
/Employees) which I like.
