Change overview project description to English #29

@lfc-256 I saw that each time that launch the project, the overview is showing in Spanish... some like to... "colaboracion de "...., please change to english and if you want change project name based on your experience now to some like to Lateral_Control_Vehicle_Trailer or something more intuitive
