Refine Tailwind CSS customisations for site refresh

Tasks:

• [x] Second draft (styling)
  • [x] reduce the total height of the top-nav by a bit
  • [x] get the logic fixed for currently selected page in the top-nav
  • [x] add coloured buttons to the "Download" drop-down
  • [x] fine-tune tabs on front page carousel
  • [x] shorter height
  • [x] lighter text
  • [x] fix the selected bottom border
  • [x] maybe put a filler border above the content, below the tabs
  • [x] improve the styling for the description text in each tab of the carousel
  • [x] update REPL image with a new one (updated LFE and Erlang versions, better sized, etc.)
  • [x] Liffybot background image in "Buildit" section
  • [x] put some colour in the link buttons at the bottom of the book cards
  • [x] put some colour in the link buttons at the bottom of the video cards
  • [x] fix up discord link in final callout
  • [x] add more vertical padding around final callout
  • [x] add background colour for light theme in final callout
  • [x] add missing links to footer
  • [x] ensure all rounded corners use the same radius
  • [x] reduce the size of copyright text
  • [x] add greyscale LFE mug icon to footer
