close #125 Link to correct getting started guide #126

I tried to build the site but I kept getting errors saying I didn't have permission to pull from lfex docker repository. So for now this is just the markdown files.

Yeah, docker has changed it's policies around their repos; we can't use them for free anymore ☹️

As devs, we can't short-cut with a download anymore: we have to build our own docker images from scratch 😢
