Convert new site's mockup HTML to Markdown + static site generator templates

• [x] Generate CSS dynamically from sass code and site-specific variables (e.g., colors, images)

Oh, nice ... Zola uses a pretty flexible templating system:

And the templates have access to the following variables:

• config via the configuration file (converted to a data structure)
• current_path via the full URL without base_url of the current page
• current_url via the full URL for the current page
• arbitrary variables (I think?) via the metadata you prepend to content .md files
• page variable chock-o-block with fields to use (see pages-sections link below)
• section variable chock-o-block with fields to use (see pages-sections link below)
• toc variable with a handful of fields
